What personal data OnlineBestSlots collects, why, and your rights under UK and EU data protection law and Brazil’s LGPD.
The short version
- We only set analytics cookies if you accept them in our cookie banner.
- If you decline, Google Analytics still counts the visit without cookies, and we see only totals.
- We don’t sell your data, show ads or build advertising profiles.
- If you email us, we keep your message only as long as we need it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is OnlineBestSlots, Malta. Contact us about anything in this policy at partners@onlinebestslots.com, with “Privacy” in the subject line.

We don’t collect special category data and we don’t make automated decisions about you.
3. Cookies
Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time. Details are in our cookie policy.
4. Casino links
When you follow a link to a casino, you leave our site. If it’s an affiliate link, the casino may record that you came from us. We never receive your name, contact details or banking information, only anonymous totals such as sign-ups and deposits for commission purposes. The casino’s own privacy policy covers everything you do there.
5. Who processes data for us
- Bluehost (Newfold Digital Inc., USA): website hosting and server logs
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd: Google Analytics and Search Console
We may also disclose data if the law requires it. We don’t sell personal data.
6. Transfers outside the UK and EU
Some providers are in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension where the provider is certified, or on Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. In Brazil you also have the rights in Article 18 of the LGPD. Email us at the address above; we’ll reply within one month.
You can complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner, the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office, Ireland’s Data Protection Commission or Brazil’s ANPD.
8. Children
This site is for adults only. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We’ll update the date at the top when this policy changes.
